A smart cutting board has the potential to bridge the gap between nutrition awareness, safe food preparation, and modern connected living by combining sensors, weight tracking, and freshness detection with an easy-to-use mobile app interface.

SliceSense is an IoT-enabled cutting board that connects to a mobile app to make food preparation smarter and more intuitive. It features built-in weight sensors for accurate portioning, stabilization technology for a secure chopping surface, and freshness detection sensors to monitor ingredient quality. The connected SliceSense app records this data, offering personalized feedback on portion sizes, food freshness, and cutting techniques.
